Day 10 down of the 30day shred...WOOHOO!!!!

WOW, I can't believe it, I have completed 10 days of the 30 day shred, and I am moving up to level 2 in the morning, I would never have thought, Me? Exercising for 20mis a day for 10 days straight...wow that is awesome I am going to try to stick to this the entire 30 days I know its going to get harder and I know that is going to start in the morning with level 2 but I am going to push through this and make it to the end, and I weighed this morning and it is going back down...yaay!!

    i just started shred yesterday. Do you know how it works? Are you suppose to do it EVERY day...i thought that was bad for you? Have you lost any weight? I hear people doing this actually said they gained weight. Hmmmmm
