Ok well I didn't post a blog yesterday, got a bit busy, but I did get my workout in last night and this morning going to do my last workout on level one in the morning and then Wednesday morning moving up to level 2, I think that I could have went to level 2 already because I can do it fairly easy and the other reason is because I think I may have plateaued or built muscle not really sure just didn't lose any weight according to the scale and actually gained but I can tell in my clothes that I have lost inches anyways, I hope that's all it is because they say muscle weighs more than fat and the DVD has you using weights and really working your muscles. Hopefully when I start level two it will help me get past the plateau. emoticon

    Hey, I saw your comment on my page and thought I'd pop over :)
    Level two is a little more intense but I like it a little better than one personally.Even though I am not a big fan of planks I think it is easier. I follow Anita on the plank stuff and I do fine. But I am doing the alternating schedule thing. I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

    Level two should move you past the plateau. You can do it. :)
