It's working!

I'm not sure why this time is any different, maybe all the prayers are working, of that I have no doubt.

Today will be my 18th day of exercise, when I started this challenge with myself, I really didn't know if I could do it or not, I started by telling myself just 30 minutes a day, most days it ends up being close to an hour.

Since I had the exercise under way, I thought why not get back to eating right, so Sunday before last I started keeping track of ww points again, I was so surprised when I got on the scale yesterday and found I was down 3.4 lbs

I had sworn off the scale because it's always been my down fall, so I'm not going to get on it every day like I use to and obsess over it, I will weigh every Sunday morning and call it good, no matter what the number says, because at this point I feel really good, I'm seeing changes in my mind and body.

    Maggie-am proud of you! Your doing AWESOME and remember measure...keep a pair of pants close by that just may be alittle snug and try them on once in awhile...

    I am not mature enough to weigh in more than once a week. If it is good...I want to celebrate...and not in a good way. If it is bad.....I want to say..who cares...and also in a bad way.

    The scale is not always the true measure. What you are doing and how you are feeling.......that is what counts.

    Woo hoo Maggies looks like the exercise and food light has come back on for you. I am hoping to have the same results on Saturday. I am finally going back to meetings after a three week hiatus and feel i need them.

    I am glad for you. Sometimes for what ever reason we finally have it click that this is something we need to do and it is good for us. You have the momentium and it is proving that you have been successful for the past 18 days. You keep going my friend. I hope to follow in your foot steps and keep it going.

    I have been exercising since July. It was hard getting started but I do it now without thinking.

    I am lucky to have a fitness center here at work so I never had an excuse but I always found one. Then one day I said I was going to go and I haven't stopped.

    Now I need to be as dedicated to sticking to my eating plan. I have started and stop as long as I can remember. I had a bad eating weekend and last night I said that I would just go back to planning, writing it down and see what happens.

    I am happy that you are now in a routine that is working for you. emoticon
