Quiet Day

Today I did the bootcamp jump video. That still leaves me breathless - I can't quite do the fast jumping yet. But that is the only exercise for the day. The rest of the day is my rest day.

I have been working on putting together a pantograph so I can quilt the 3 memory quilts I made from my fil's flannel shirts. I want to have them quilted by the end of the month for my dh, sil and bil's birthdays.

I hope I have a good weigh-in on Tuesday - my official TOPS weigh-in day. I weigh each morning and it has been up and down all week which is frustrating. I know one day it was up because we went out to a steakhouse the night before. Tonight we are going over to a friend's for supper. I have been good today for breakfast and lunch - I went below my normal calorie count for them because I knew I was going out tonight.

I am staying focused and know all the effort I am putting in will payoff.

    That's great to have advance planning and support from TOPS. Plus bootcamp support from Sparks. I'm walking everyday and building up to more exercise.

    You are doing great Carrie -- keep up the good work! I fell off the wagon yesterday (that's because I was reaching for the carrot cake at the church pot luck!). Back to my plan today. Found a good recipe to try tonight. But I better move away from this computer or I won't get any of my to-do-list DONE! lol

    Sounds like you are doing great! You know if we are consistant we will eventually see the results. If the fast jumps were the only ones you had a problem with you are way ahead of me. I am not a jumper, I try to keep moving but the entire video is pretty much a joke!

    This weight thing is sooooo hard!!! I've got to get serious as soon as I can get out of this snow and get back to Fla.!! Good luck!!

    I weigh myself every day too and sometimes it is frustrating. I'm going to start only allowing myself to stop on the scale once a week. I think that's better for me. Keep doing the right things and your efforts will pay off!

    Keep your portion sizes right and you will do fine! I know when I eat out I have a lot of fluid retention that takes a few days to go away! You are an amazing lady!
