A New Year

I read my blog from this time last year and everything sounds the same. I did not make the progress I wanted last year. Let me take that back. I was doing good and fell off the band wagon half way through the year and now I find myself back at square one. So I updated my page to show where I'm at and what I'm going to do. I went to the gym 4 times this week! I am committing to working out a minimum of 3 times per week and include more weight training. So far so good!
