New Attitude

Friday, January 08, 2010

Well, today I signed up for 3 exercise classes at work starting next week. They offered a really good deal, half off if you're new to the fitness center classes so for $12.50 I get to try 3 different classes for 6 weeks; body sculpting, step aerobics, and aqua fusion (water aerobics). I'm really looking forward to the water aerobics. I think that will be fun. The classes will definitely keep me busy and hopefully help me shed some of the weight I've been having trouble with.

I also decided to order "The Spark" book tonight from the Barnes and Noble website after reading a few pages while I was at WalMart tonight doing some shopping. It did peak my interest. I hope it's as good as the reviews I've read on-line about it. I should have it by the end of next week. I'm so excited for next week to arrive with the new things going on for me. It's kind of a good feeling.

I bought the book too. I couldn't wait though so I went to Walmart and bought it off the shelf on Wednesday. I read the intro online and decided I had to have it.

You will be amazed at just how hard the water aerobics can be. It is awesome though. Nicole and I were at the Y a few years ago and the instructor of the class invited us to join in that day FREE!! It was very fun and I would LOVE to sign up for a class but due to my work schedule forever changing I cannot commit to a day and time weekly. I know you will enjoy it.

The body sculpting thing...Let me know how it goes for you.

Love ya sis emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
