Ok Day 6 Of Jillian Michaels 30Day shred

OK This Morning I did the 30day shred again (very tired, usually only exercise one to two times a week, and I think that's because I tried to do her banish fat boost metabolism last night and shouldn't have) 6 days now still so proud of my self for doing this.
