This first week of moving my body and mindful eating has been AWESOME! I have been Walking Away the Pounds with Leslie in the morning and attending the Sparkpeople Bootcamp in the evenings and I feel wonderful!! I have also been tracking my steps. I know I walk alot but wanted to track it. I have so much energy!
Official weigh in is Friday mornings and since Sunday I have lost 2.6 pounds! 2010 is going to be MY year!!
