Well yesterday was just lovely since I didn't have any strength training, lol. It was a Snow day for my daughter so it worked out nicely. I know why they don't want you to schedule training the day after a full body work out. Yesterday when I was putting clothes away I'd of liked to die, my arms and cores was so sore, a task that usually only took me 20 minutes took me over a half hour, lol. . . At least I know I'm doing the training right though. I can already see a difference and I have yet to give up my favorite foods, as a matter of fact, my husband Scottie, went and got me McDonald's Chicken nuggets last night, even though I'd eaten McDonald's once this week. I didn't go over on my calories, but I did go over my fat numbers, oops, it does kind of concern me though. I'm gonna try harder to try to stay within those numbers. I'm having a problem getting eight glasses of water in too, I start to feel sick and want to puke, don't really know what to do about that though, I just keep a bottle of water with me everywhere and sip on it throughout the day instead of chugging a glass every few hours. It seems to work better that way, for me at least. Well I guess I'm gonna go find me a recipe for eggs, that's about the only healthy breakfast food I have right now, getting sick of cereal and I hate oatmeal, the consistancy messes with me, lol.
