Day 5 30 day shred

This morning I did my shred workout for the 5th day now doing great and feeling great. I am really enjoying exercising now and kinda think that I could move up to level 2 but I am going to stick to my 10days per level. Didn't lose anything today but that's okay.

    I love the 30 Day Shred! I stared it a few months ago and have really taken my time before moving up. Am still on Level 2, but have really seen changes in my body shape and tone. Muscles I didn't know I had! Keep it up!
