Chapter 8 Lifestyle Change

I have had this change since the first week of August of last year. I have not missed a day of doing my intake charts, exercise charts and the Sparkpoints page. It has become a way of life for me and I have learned and enjoyed it.
I am trying to think of a reward when I reach my goal weight. I just reached the half way point with losing 54 pounds. It is kind of hard because I am not in the habit of doing for myself. I like how this site rewards me for all I do. It is easy this way. But I think it is time for me to figure out for myself what I want and can do for myself within my restrictions. I am on a limited budget so it has to be something I can afford somehow. I am glad there were examples in the book for rewards this helped me to brainstorm Plus I called my best friend and shared this reward idea with her. I have awhile to think about this, I am hoping I get there by this August, it will be 100 pounds in a year.
This lifestyle change is a constant challenge for me I have always had to deal with being overweight. So I am still scared I will not succeed, but I do have this site now and I did not have it before, and I have made it so far, Lord willing I will make it to my long term goal, by constantly looking at the small goals along the way and making them.
