Day Four 30 day shred

I got my d4l1 workout in this morning I am so proud of myself for sticking to this because it is really hard for me, but I think I am doing great so far, I have decided to do 10days l1 10days l2 and 10days level 3, It is so much easier for me to do in the morning than at night and I have so much energy throughout the day. I have been weighing at 7am everyday after my workout.
