Day three 30 day shred

Okay this morning was day three of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I think I will be able to move up to level 2 soon but I am not until I can do level one with a breeze, it seems to be getting easier as I go but it has been three days straight just have to see how it goes. I had a salad for lunch so I feel pretty good about that. I got Jillians other dvds No more trouble zones and burn fat build metabolism haven't tried the bfbm yet, I know I like the shred over the nmtz though.

    Well done! Today will be L1D6 for me and i'm feeling really good about it too. It gets easier but I'm making sure I do all 3 levels 10 days @ a time...trying to stick with the program this time instead of getting ahead of myself and then not finishing it all the way through.

    All the best for your 30DS journey, I haven't tried her other DVD's yet but hear good things :)

    I like the 30 day shred also - but today was just day 1 for me. I ended up with rug burns on my knees from doing the "easy" pushups! That's what I get for wimping out I guess! I'm looking forward to the time when I can also move up to level 2!
