Bootcamp Day 2/3

Thought I would give an update ... mostly for me. To remind myself how GREAT I am feeling. So much energy. Why do I stop exercising? WHY WHY WHY. I know why, I just needed to say that!

Bootcamp Day 2 -- couldn't find my stability ball in the basement. I think it got a hole in it at some point in the last year and I vaguely remember throwing it out. No worries. I didn't skip the video. I searched and found the Bootcamp Day 1 video from last year maybe. It was a kickboxing one and it worked just as well! The dogs thought I was crazy and trying to play but I got thru it without hurting myself or the dogs!

Day 3 -- I will do this tonight when we get home. I got up at 5:30 this morning and did Beach Body Thin Thighs and trotted around the basement for 30 minutes. Lots of energy!! AND we were early for work again. My co-workers are suspicious but haven't asked why I have been so early.

I love the energy!
