Bootcamp Day 2

I did the video, but it was very hard to do the single leg on my right knee. It didn't like having all the weight on it. It is very sore now. I iced it while I took a" nap" -- I am very tired today.

I am planning on doing my 30 min cardio on the treadmill tonight once the daycare kids leave.

For the challenge I had blueberries for breakfast, a banana for snack and plan on applesauce for supper.

My monthly goal of exercise or drinking a glass of water when I feel the need to snack didn't work out so great today, probably because I am tired. I need to keep telling myself to stay focused.

    Hooray, Carrie! A tired day = a hungry day for me -- much harder to stick to my plan when I'm really tired! Jodi is right -- planning wise snacks is so very important! Hope tomorrow dawns with you feeling GREAT! emoticon

    I have to watch my knees too but the stability ball seems to really help me maintain good form because I feel it instantly if I'm not doing it correctly. Good idea to ice it, taking ibuprofen always helps my ache joints. I felt snacky and tired today to so I eat a salad for a morning snack and that seemed to really help. Maybe instead of not snacking having healthy snacks ready to go is a more realistic plan. Don't give up, one step at a time!

    Being tired can so mess up a day's goals! I find that so frustrating! Hope you are able to get the sleep you need and that your knee is better. WTG on the fruit and exercise!!

    You have accomplished more today than I have! Guess I had better get going before I start making excuses! Great job on getting all that exercise in and the fruit. I have only had a banana today, will have to add the rest tonight as my snack and some with dinner.

    I would be tired too if I was chasing after little ones all day! Had several of my grandkids, aged 1, 2, and 10 months for a majority of the weekend and I was tired by the end of the day!
