Bootcamp Day 2

I did the video, but it was very hard to do the single leg on my right knee. It didn't like having all the weight on it. It is very sore now. I iced it while I took a" nap" -- I am very tired today.
I am planning on doing my 30 min cardio on the treadmill tonight once the daycare kids leave.
For the challenge I had blueberries for breakfast, a banana for snack and plan on applesauce for supper.
My monthly goal of exercise or drinking a glass of water when I feel the need to snack didn't work out so great today, probably because I am tired. I need to keep telling myself to stay focused.
