EATING.....

Today I am supposed to write about emotional eating.. I think my problem is when I get bored, I want to eat or social eating, these are my main problems like if I am at work and no one is around I find what ever is in my office drawer..or the social sometimes I am out with my family and I want even be hungry but they want something to eat and so I eat to so that I don't be hungry later but then I am stuffed.. i really need to do better... I was really doing good...need to get back to it :( emoticon

    Eating when I was bored was the hardest bad habit for me to break. What worked for me was logging into SP and reading blogs or motivation SparkPages when I got bored instead. It helped a lot because I was learning about healthy habits while keeping myself from eating.
