Day 3....this is hard...

Im taking it one day at a time here....its been a hard 3 days.
Cant say Ive been 100% but Ive put my best foot forward and Im just going to keep pushing on even if I have a small setback.

Ive removed temptation from the house...thats helpful.
And its easy to stick to my plan while at work because I dont have time to sit around all day and think about what to eat...my breaks are short and I stay busy all day.

I didnt think restarting would be so hard...

    You can do it - just think whatever it takes to stay on plan! I also drink a lot of liquids throughout the day. I drink coffee, teas (hot & iced), diet cranberry juice, and of course water, water, water! I have a clear, double walled Venti sized Starbuck's cup that I fill with ice and water and sip throughout the day. It looks nice, and the water keeps things moving through my system. It's often hard to get on track again, however, it even more frustrating to have to keep doing it again and again. You go girl!!

    Hang in there. If losing weight was easy, then everyone would be doing it. =0) You can do this. You know your reasons for wanting to be healthier and to lose weight so that's why you'll persevere through this challenging time. Getting started and restarted is tough, but not impossible. Just keep trying - you can't fail as long as you don't give up on yourself.
