My Goals for 2010

This last month I have been giving serious thought about what I want to accomplish in 2010. I have made many changes in life this last year – all for the better. I need to keep progressing …. no going back.
What positive steps am I going to take to make ME a better person in 2010? What attainable, realistic goals can I set for myself? What is my plan of action? (GOYAAM plan for 2010).
I want to lose 50 to 100 pounds in 2010. I am tired of being tired. My knees hurt, my back hurts. This weight is making me old on the outside and that does not match what is going on internally. I am a young(ish), fabulous, newly married woman! I CAN DO THIS.
Ok. So how am I going to do this?
I promise myself I am going to do some type of exercise daily and track my progress.
(EVERDAY: meaning Sunday thru Saturday. Off the couch, both feet moving and doing something!)
I promise myself I am going to going to log my food.
I promise myself I am going to eat clean.
I promise myself I am going to take my vitamins.
Other goals for 2010 to make ME a better person:
I promise myself I am going to de-clutter my house and get rid of things I haven’t used in years.
I promise myself I am going to take the necessary steps to pay off the credit card.
I promise myself I am going to learn to make soap.
I promise myself I am going to be more understanding of some people.
The time for change is now. I can do these!!
