I messed up

I admit it. I flubbed big time yesterday and SHOULD HAVE started fresh this morning but I didn't.

I know, I know, I know.... emoticon

Well tomorrow I will be back up and running in full effect. So far I absolutely love being raw til dinner with the occasional warm veggie soup for lunch so I think that as time goes on I'll flub less. (I must say though as far as flubs go this one was well worth it but I digress, LOL!)

For those of you who do green smoothies can you offer any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong. I love using spinach in my smoothies but I know that you are supposed to rotate your greens so I've started using kale and romaine but the results are less than impressive. Maybe I'm using too much (I can use a lot of spinach) since they seem bitter. Is there anything I can do to cut the bitterness?

Thanks for all of the congrats and well wishes on the 7lbs that I lost. If I can lose 3 more then I'll be out of the yo-yo window that I've been in forever! emoticon

    When I do smoothies, I like to go to the greenhouses and get younger baby spinach, or young romain or Kale... I sometimes mix my baby greens with Kelp just for a change up but Kelp is sometimes bitter as well!
