I'm setting a goal.....

I keep bobbling between 222 and 224, I am setting a lofty goal of being 210 by 2010!

Can I do it? Yes I can!

I've lost quite a bit by simply cutting down on what I eat. Now that I am out of school I'm going to add some exercise into the mix and see what happens!

    Are you using the rec center at TAMU? Sometimes I wish I wear a student so I could easily use it!
