Has taken me a week to get back to a good routine from Thanksgiving. I have been working out since Monday but not at the pace I was before Thanksgiving. Today my workout was back to 90 minutes of cardio and my strength training. And my eating is back to something more realistic.
The week off was not really harmful in anyway other then I pick up three pounds, but even this was not really bad as my scale shows my body fat percentage went down and my pounds of muscle went up. So I think my body just needed some rest from the longer workouts.
