Workout

Has taken me a week to get back to a good routine from Thanksgiving. I have been working out since Monday but not at the pace I was before Thanksgiving. Today my workout was back to 90 minutes of cardio and my strength training. And my eating is back to something more realistic.

The week off was not really harmful in anyway other then I pick up three pounds, but even this was not really bad as my scale shows my body fat percentage went down and my pounds of muscle went up. So I think my body just needed some rest from the longer workouts.

    You look so different now then you did when you were your heaviest. You are doing so fantastic!!! You look really handsome now too emoticon Don't worry too much about Thanksgiving if you are getting back on track. If you want to hear a really bad Thanksgiving day, we had leftover pizza for crying out loud!!! Keep Sparking - You look really good now!!
