Can I survive the Holidays???

Ever since thanksgiving I can't seem to get back on track! and it is soooo frustrating...I feel like everyday there is SOMETHING...a dinner or lunch or some sort of party....I feel like crap because my diet hasn't been balanced and my workout schedule is all kinds of messed up and can't figure out how to find balance. I struggle with saying no to things because it makes it awkward and I have to explain myself and usually my answer doesn't go over well....But the way I feel right now reminds of me of 30lbs ago when I ate whatever I wanted and didn't work out...I know that I am FAR from there but just the reminder is enough to whip me back into shape...The holidays are going to be BRUTAL! But i have to put my game face on, make goals and stick to them.
Two weeks from tomorrow I am heading back to America!!! I have two goals I would like to reach by then.
1. Finish 30 Day Shred
2. Be up to running 3 miles
*Bonus Goal - NO CHRISTMAS COOKIES or sweets (aside from a piece of dark chocolate a day) until Christmas Day. I think that is totally doable...I just have remember the end goal of being healthy and fit and wearing whatever I want ;) so I am going to chew gum like crazy, plan meals as best as I can and track my food on SP......
