Changing some things

Since I want to really do this I went ahead and change my calories and workout to help me get off this platue I am on been on so long probably from stress from me having to take care of my daughter. But, since I am back on track I am able to keep track of my food ahead and really get down and groove on though. I've been talking a little bit on the community board something I haven't done in awhile miss that so much. Need all the support I can get.

Loving that my 100 plus team has been growing I remember when I was only 10 people on there now its almost 500 people in just that one team hard to get to know all of them but, welling to get to know most of them and go from there.

A new and better me:) need this for my health so I am able to live longer and take care of my girls.
I am just proud of myself for beening able to lose as much as I have and I am not ready to give up this is alway to the end.
