Where on earth was my energy today? It just disappeared! I am doing well this week but for some reason today was just not my day. I was set to do 6 miles but I only managed to get in just over 4 miles. I gave it my best effort but between the cold and how I felt, I just could not reach my goal for today. The good news is that I ate very well and got in all my water, so it was a successful day overall. I am now heading to bed and hopefully tomorrow will be better! Here are my stats for the week so far....

Totals for the week -
Time - 314
Miles - 17.55/30
Calories burned - 1,832

Your doing absoultely wonderful! I wish I could say the same for myself actually. I do still jog, used to be 3x a week now I only do like 2-3 times a week depending on how I'm feeling I don't push myself. I don't exercise everyday, I do as much as I feel like I can. I love how you blog about all the calories/protein/and fiber you consume that is a great idea. Your doing wonderfully!!! Keep it up!

You are doing great Jen...we have to go with how our bodies feel. Now is not the time to push it. I had the same thing yesterday as well...I was all set to do 30 mins on the Elliptical and by the time I had completed 15 mins I was done, and that is ok!

PS - Love the new backdrop of your blog. Yep we are having girls.

Hello?? Jen's energy? She's looking for you!

Don't sweat it... we all have those days and it's important to listen to your body and rest if that's what it truly needs. Hope that today is better for you!

Hm. You've done well. You won't walk 6 milers every day in the next couple of months. It's normal. You are pregnant. Take care. Walking regularly is a good way of taking care of yourselves.
In the last two weeks and in the first month you probably won't walk even 3 - or 1...
But I love that you do try to stay active and fit and you do as much as seem sensible at the time. Well done.
I wish I've done that. With the first I had to lie in bed for months, with the second my husband worked around 90 hours a week and I had a baby at home (18 month between them), with the third and fourth I've been already fat and hopeless. All these changes (from fit and skinny to 223lbs) happened in just 6 years...

You had a great day! And from what I can tell from your blogs, you have WAY more energy than me and I'm not pregnant! It is hard work making that healthy little baby so some days, that energy is just not going to be 100% for you and that's ok. Better that she gets your energy, right mom? Believe me, that continues AFTER the baby arrives too. emoticon

While you want to achieve your daily goals, it is more important that you continue to listen to your body. Well done!

You are doing great! I am embarrassed at how little I do compared to you while you are pregnant! Thanks for the inspiration tonight!
