Motivation... Life... Everything.

So I finally live away from home... It's been an interesting change. I joined a sorority and I played flag football with them which was awesome & a lot of fun. I rarely play tennis anymore because my tennis partner lives an hour away and we both have a busy schedule. In the spring I will be playing softball with my sorority so they'll be good exercise. I don't have healthy eating habits. It's not that I eat out because I rarely do now because I don't have the money to. I eat on campus but I don't eat often enough. I tend to eat like one big meal a day. Or shove all 3 meals in at the end of the day. I'll wake up at 11 and wont eat til like 4 or 5. The campus has a gym but I've never even been into it although I should because of course I pay for it. I need to loose weight. I think the only thing that's keeping my weight steady is having to walk all over campus which has quite a bit of hills and stairs but this small amount of exercise leaves me out of breath and it's embarrassing. If the building has an elevator I take it going up but I'll take the stairs going down... How sad?
Maybe one day I'll have the motivation to lose the weight. Because it's one thing saying you want to and another thing actually doing it. I keep saying it but i never do it... Hopefully one day that'll change because I'm 21 5'5" and 293lbs... that's so NOT HEALTHY!

That's great that you joined a sorority! Why don't you try and have fitness nights with your sorority sisters? That way you'll be getting exercise in with people that you know. I also say the same thing. Maybe one day I'll finally get up off my ass and do something about my weight. I really wanna lose this weight but it is sooo hard!!! I just hope that in 2010 I will finally come around and do something about it. We are both wayyy to young to be in this predicament. We really need to do something about it...
