Well, I am back on track after Thanksgiving week. This last week I had 3 Thanksgiving dinners -- Sat before for church, Thanksgiving Day with my sister and dad, then Sun after with my children and their families. I am done cooking and frozen most of the leftovers.
I was pretty good and didn't take seconds and I really didn't have a supper after the main meal. We had pie for supper since we didn't eat dessert directly dinner.
My goal for the week was not to gain big time (5+) and hopefully stay the same. So I was happy when I weighed this morning I had only a 1 pound gain. That isn't too bad, since I didn't exercise last week.
I wasn't able to get onto SparkPeople much this last week, because my husband had a computer problem that he was working on so my time on the computer was limited.
So, my goals this month are:
1. Oxycise 5x week
2. Cardio exercise 5x week
3. Strength training 2-3x week
4. Stay within calorie goals everyday
5. Lose 3-5 lbs this month
I am back on the exercise routine today. And with the Holiday BLC Challenge I am going to stay on track and focused and have a loss at the end of the month instead of my yearly 5-10 lb gain.
