A full Monday

Started off with a client at 7...who I always have a blast with! Then step class at 8. Worked out total body this morning. Seen my next client at 10:30. I actually got to see my hubby for 30 minutes today!! I haven't seen him yesterday. We ate lunch then I sent to him back to school and me to Sam's Club.

I seen my new client at 3, home to start dinner, next client at 5 and last client at 6:30 and home by 8. Uglyshoes worked out way hard tonight! Nothing but planks!!! emoticon

So, I'm kicking back and finishing up on SP. Realizing now that I had a busy day.

I think if I didn't dance for 2 hours yesterday my back would be at 95% today. It's about 85% right now. Still doing ice and heat. I'm just glad it's feeling better.

Positives:
1. Busy day/productive day
2. Got to eat lunch with Kent
3. My back is better!
4. I worked out today!!
