Enjoying some good things today. Worked out for 2 1/2 hours and felt really good afterwards. Only thing I spent so much time at the gym that I missed lunch so now I am a little behind on my calories for the day. So I made a big strawberry - banana smoothie tonight to help me catch up a bit and it taste very good. For dinner I had some turkey, brown rice and corn. I love brown rice, could have it everyday and just about do.
Still have a craving for some chocolate, which has been going on for about a week, but I still have not bought any as I don't want a whole sack of it sitting around here because I know what will happen. But some chocolate a cup of nice dark rich coffee sure sounds good. I would give in and buy just a bit, but with Thankgiving coming here in a couple of days, I know I will be having a few treats so I am trying to wait until then.
