I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I weighed in. I was down one pound and I thought I was going to gain or stay the same. ( I weigh myself first thing every morning).
Yesterday, I didn't think I had done well with my calorie count, because I had eaten a couple of things I shouldn't have. I wasn't able to "plug in" the food I had eaten until this morning because our computer was down yesterday afternoon/evening. Well, when I did I was right on track with everything.
Also, I didn't exercise on the treadmill yesterday, only did my Oxycise and a 30 minute express walk DVD.
This just proves to me to take one day at a time and don't worry if everything on my diet/exercise plan doesn't happen. And it is all right to take it easy on some days. It all evens out. I just have to stay focused.
