I am so worried about Thanksgiving. I tell myself I know what I need to do but I guess it is just having the willpower to do it. Tomorrow , we are celebrating Thanksgiving early with my family, because my grandfather is in a nursing home and they will let us celebrate with him. They have a banquet room set up for us. Then I have to do it all over again next week with my husband's family. Any tips??

The Nutrition Tracker is your friend. Enter what you're planning on eating all day & fiddle with the amounts - maybe you can have a small piece of pie at dinner if you have 1/2 a bagel for breakfast instead of the whole thing. Most of all, stick to the plan & try not to eat anything extra. Keep your portions small & try filling your plate with the lower calorie goodies before adding higher calorie foods. Go out for a walk before and/or after.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy spending time with your family!

Watch your portions, drink plenty of water, and try to exercise a little more each day. Everything in moderation! Enjoy just spending time with your family. Have a great Thanksgiving. emoticon emoticon emoticon
