Slept the blahs away

Yesterday was out of rhythm for some reason. Guess it was I was tired and did not even really realize it. So I went to bed pretty early last night and today was much better. I even made up the half hour of cardio I skipped yesterday. Much more energy today which makes me happy because I was thinking maybe it was just not lack of sleep but maybe I was coming down with something. I don't want anything to disrupt my workouts right now as they are going better then they have in a long time and dealing with the holidays is going to be a hard enough distraction.
Boy something must be wrong with me, I have never in my life turned down an excuse to skip a workout before and now I actually dread the thought.
