Been getting emails from people wondering where I have been. Still around just not as active on the board like I used to be but, still around. I'm still trying to stay on that track and keep eating right and exercising. Come the 6th of September I will be keeping track of my eating again. I only been keeping track by head mainly just adding up my calories in my head but, I know I have to get my butt back on sparks and type in everything like I used to do. I just been so busy and been a little lazy here and there. Need to keep up with my sparks blog again also. This was very helpful for me before so I will have to get back into the groove of things. I have been gaining a pound here and there for on and off. I will be 240 then 242 then back to 240 just can't get to that dang 239 at all. Still working on that and trying not to give up. I have been putting things in my mouth that I know I shouldn't like sodas when I am on the run I lately found myself buying sodas and not water like I used to or and chips things I haven't eating in a very long time.
I also brought 2 dvd yoga booty ballet and been loving those it works out a sweat. I got those off of ebay and now I am trying to get turbo jam but, shoot its' hard to win those at a cheap price not giving up. When I do the same workouts to much I noticed I get bored and then stop doing them so I have to mix it up here and there. I also signed up for another pilates class that don't start until next week 3 times a week so that's good love pilates anyway. I was looking for some kickboxing classes also but, can't find any for the fall right now probably come winter I will be able to find some. Also love kickboxing took up some classes a couple of times this summer. I need to get back to my 15 miles a walk weekly again. That will be added to one of my goal lists.:)
