Pain no gain

True to my usual form, I haven't been tracking well here. I HAVE been exercising more, though! As you can see by my status today, maybe it's been too much. I brought my 5 lb. weights to work with me since it's dark after work now and I thought it would help to spread the reps out over the entire day at work. I've been doing a couple of sets of an upper, core and lower body exercise 3 X a day as well as taking a 1/2 hr. walk at lunch time. My muscles have been sore, not unbearable and I felt that was a good sign. With working on a computer all day, it might have been too much for my back, especially the upper right, shoulders and neck. I do have 1 pounders, so maybe I'll switch to those after I recover. I was on the heating pad and muscle relaxers all day yesterday. I'm not going to give up though! My work did show up in a lb. or two weight loss, but then it was back up again, so that's frustrating. Oh well, gonna keep on pluggin' away.
