Tracked my breakfast - not so eager to do it because I did not have my standard breakfast which is homemade wholegrain bread with smoked salmon (want thos Omega 3-fats...) This morning I went for white bread toast with pearjam (homemade, gift from a friend) and I had more than I usually do. But I dutifully weighed the bread and measured the butter and jam - and it was 545 kcal and not at all the catastrophe I had thought... nice!
This will hopefully make me stay on track with my food for the rest of the day. I am going to clicker training course with the dog and then my daughter and me will have a cozy evening. For the moment I only meet her four days int the month and it tears my heart but still - she is alive, and I can do the best of the moments we have... to be honest I really have to work not to lose my temper when we meet. I think we both have a lot of tension since we are emotionally very close and this autumn we don´t see eachother often enough. I will have to handle her tempter tantrums in a loving and grown up way and I admit that I don´t always make it...
We usually go to indoor swimming pool on saturdays, I swim 1000 m and sje plays in the water. It is not the best to put that clicker before it, but I do feel good about spending time with the dog as well so it will be for the best. But I will ask that we change meeting time if we are going to do this more saturdays - if we start at 10 am we will still have time to go swimming before they close the indoor arena.
