Keeping on keeping on

I am happy to report that I had a .4 lb loss this morning. I had "burger crumbles" as my protein for both lunch and dinner.
Friday is grocery shopping day. I forgot to eat before going to the store and the smells were just driving me crazy. I had considered getting fried chicken for the kids to eat for dinner, but then I decided I may not be able to resist and start eating it on the way home. So it is still in the store. I'm making ginger garlic tilapia and spinach & strawberry salad for dinner instead.
Friday night dinner is always a big deal, so I want a meal that we will all eat as a family. I'll probably add a course of miso soup. I'll add pasta to the kids soup & miracle noodles to mine.
Getting hungry just thinking about it. I guess it's time to make lunch.
