Good day at the gym today

Yesterday I went to the gym and just did not feel in the mood to be there. School was out so the place was packed. I carved out a place in the corner and did my ab routine. Which was just ok. Then jumped on the rowing machine and was all set to row for an hour. But I just was not into it at all. Went 22 minutes and decided to call it quits. Just was not my day and to top it off the showers were out of hot water when I took one.

So today I was wondering if I needed a break for a day or so, but went to the gym anyway. It was my strength training day, and everything was back to normal. In fact I increased a handful of weights in my workout and was able to row for an hour again. And thanks to some research last night into proper rowing technique, I was able to make a decent size jump in my meters rowed in those 60 minutes. And the showers today were almost too hot, so all was great.

    we all have down days, sounds like you did great the next day, that is awesome,do what you can, you know your body, if you need to slow down a little do but don't quit(unless you are sick) but you already know that and did awesome emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon keep it up, share
