Day 3 of NO SWEETS!!!

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Dr. Bender, a dentist at the clinic, read an article about people that eat high protein diets are crankier then those who eat a balanced diet of carbs. I then scowled at her and said, "Are you saying I'm cranky?" She enjoys teasing me!

No sweets today!!! I don't feel bloated today. Not that sugar bloats you, but whatever works!! I ate really well today. I was 5 cals under my range. I'm not to worried about that.

All of my clients worked out really hard today. I'm proud of all of them!

I'm getting ready to pack my food for tomorrow. I've got 3 longs days ahead of me, then my reward is getting my hair done on Sunday!

Game plan:
eat 6a
client
class
eat 9a
clean gym
get cleaned up!
eat10:45a
KU Med Ctr 11:00 to 1:30
eat 2p
home
fix dinner
eat 4:15p
work...dance ctr
eat protein 6:15p
gym
home by 9pm

It will be a challenge to make sure I get all the food in tomorrow! Who knew I would eat soooo much food and not gain weight! A big change from 6 years ago! Better life style!!

Positives:
1. Had a great day!
2. Plan of attack for a busy day!
3. Happy that I changed my life around!!!
4. No SWEETS!!
5. Feeling Froggy, Feeling Fine!

Strong Mind, Strong Body!!

Yeah, I'd heard, when I was in high school, that vegetarians have a more "calm" way. I believe that meat DOES make a person high-strung! NOT that I'm saying YOU are! LOL

Would sugar-free cocoa break the no-sweets challenge rules?
