Reading = Treadmill = Enjoyment of Exercise

I exercised on the treadmill for 60 minutes today and I wanted to go more. I am reading Until the Shofar Blew and I didn't want to stop. I am looking forward to getting on the treadmill tomorrow!

Afterwards I did The Biggest Loser Workout - Low-Intensity Cardio DVD. I had decided this morning that on my cardio days I will do both the treadmill and a DVD workout. I am trying to do a little "Biggest Loser" routine.

I am also keeping up the goal of doing the Oxycise DVD BEFORE I get onto Spark People in the morning. I just have to stay focused on the end result of the exercise.

    Wow! that is awesome- reading on the treadmill. I used to do that and then my treadmill started skipping so I gave it to my son and his kids. I sure miss it. Have fun and I am happy you like your treadmill. Sounds like you are doing great! emoticon

    I have trouble reading on a treadmill; it gives me a headache. I usually watch I Love Lucy DVDs, but I do like the idea of listening to a book on tape. I listen to the Bible on CD in my car; that might be a great thing to do to multitask on the elliptical. I'll have to try it!

    I have a hard time reading hardcopy books, but I just love "reading" audio books on my bike and treadmill. I also can lose track of time! emoticon

    I also read while on the treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical! It makes cardio so much easier doesn't it? I'm sure your end result will be great! Keep it up!
