Reading = Treadmill = Enjoyment of Exercise

I exercised on the treadmill for 60 minutes today and I wanted to go more. I am reading Until the Shofar Blew and I didn't want to stop. I am looking forward to getting on the treadmill tomorrow!
Afterwards I did The Biggest Loser Workout - Low-Intensity Cardio DVD. I had decided this morning that on my cardio days I will do both the treadmill and a DVD workout. I am trying to do a little "Biggest Loser" routine.
I am also keeping up the goal of doing the Oxycise DVD BEFORE I get onto Spark People in the morning. I just have to stay focused on the end result of the exercise.
