My personal 7 day challenge

Tuesday, November 10, 2009

I had a wonderfully sinful treat last Thursday...that I do not regret, but it lead me down the wrong path for the weekend!! Then the "fat" day hit yesterday! I started yesterday on my 7 day challenge with no sweets. I did really well the past 2 days. I was face to face with super large choc. chip cookies today at lunch. If that couldn't be bad enough, they had mini red velvet cakes. I was tough and ate my "clean" lunch of grilled chicken breast, green beans and rice. Good For Me!!! I hope my counterparts that joined me in my quest are doing well!!

I enjoyed my am aerobic class. It seemed like it flew by. I then headed upstairs to tape edges and paint kilz on the walls! That ended up being 2 1/2 hours. I only put 60 min. in the fitness tracker. It said I burned like 262 cals. I thought that would be about right for the whole 2 1/2 hours insteade of 60 minutes! I had already worked upper body earlier in class and by about 3pm, my right shoulder was fatigued feeling...hmmmm...rolling paint??? Seen my clients this afternoon and got ready for the evening class. I was really happy to see a Sparker in class tonight! That was awesome!!

Kent has to work tonight until midnight. That stinks! He has 4 1/2 weeks left. Counting down if you can't tell!

Fabian is really excited. He picks up his class ring tomorrow. This is an early Christmas gift. He's been working really hard in school. I'm really proud of him that he has made the choice to grin and bear and just get it done!!

I'm kind of tired tonight. I only drank 13 cups of water today. I usually get in 15 to 16. I didn't get most of the water in until after tonight's class...not sure why. Finishing up spark stuff and headed for the shower! I have a full schedule the rest of the week. Should be interesting to say the least!

1. Enjoyed my classes
2. Ate clean!!
3. Had CJanefitandtrim in tonight's class! WOOHOO!!
4. Tired, but feeling good!!

Strong Mind, Strong Body!! emoticon

I'm doing well with the no-sweets challenge! It was tough, though. After dinner, the roommate just "had" to have chocolate. It was hard to ride home with the entire car smelling like Three Musketeers!

OK. I totally did not last 24 hours. I had leftover chocolate truffles and I licked the spoon of some extremely sugary fruit dip I made.

You should have watched Biggest Loser tonight.
