Sleeping Better

Well, I think my body has begun to regulate itself better with the amount of water I am drinking. I have only woke up once to go to the bathroom for the last 3 nights.
I have made sure that I have had the 64 oz by 3:00 everyday. I have about another 16 oz between that and the time I go to bed. I am also careful that I don't drink too much before I go to bed. It sure has helped.

    Glad you have figured out a way to make it work for you. Who would have thought we would have to spend so much time tying to figure out when we go potty at this stage of the game!

    I'm so happy for you! Getting up to go in the middle of night is tiring! But the bathroom dreams are worse!! Glad they're gone! LOL
