Blah outside...blah me today!

Monday, November 09, 2009

It's cloudy out and blah. It makes me feel sleepy and lazy! In fact, I'm having a "fat" day today. I worked out hard this morning. My eating is at 90% good for the day. I've been cleaning the house. I'm going to work out tonight after seeing my last client of the day. I'm hoping the energy will be better then!

Funny thing for the day! Kayla got in trouble last week. She was grounded forever...exaggeration, but it sounded good! So, texted her dad this morning while they were both at school. NOTE: she texted. she is not supposed to have her phone! She asked if she could go to the football game today after school. She is only supposed to stay after for the "A+" program and nothing else. Kent and I agree, no way! He still has to call his ex to talk with her about it. I can't believe that after freezing our butts off at 10:15pm last Wed evening that she would actually ask to go do anything!
I can say this much for my boys, they would have at least waited a couple weeks to let the dust settle before asking to go do something. Maybe she thinks her mom or dad will cave in?! Oh well, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger!

I've still need to push lower body weights tonight and run.

I'm painting tomorrow one of the offices. I'm trying to help get the chiropractor moved over to his new space so he can work on me! Selfish, I know!

1. cleaned the house
2. cleaned the gym
3. did class this morning and tried some new stuff with them!

Strong mind, Strong Body!!

    The girls got spunk!
If they catch her with the cell, they'll take it away and you'll have to claim it from the office - at least, that's the way it was with my kids school. They could take their cells to school, but couldn't use them until last bell.
Yep, the girl has learned to play the parents off of eachother - stand firm, Mom!!!
PAINTING! I can't wait to move so I can do my own decorating, too .... although I won't be getting a "personal" chiro! LOL

LOL....yeah girls are like that. My sister got pregnant at 16. My parents were obviously mad. About 2 weeks after telling them she said, "I know you're mad at me but can I still go on the trip to Paris with my French class??" (We lived in Italy at the time and it's not she had never been to France.) And ironically, my parents said yes!!!! Hopefully everyone will stand their ground. I think that being too lenient can lead to more bad actions. Kids definitely need to know that there are consequences for their actions.
