Okay I should have done my weigh in on Tuesday, but I really wasn't feeling like I lost any weight, because I have been slacking a little so I didn't, well I felt the same yesterday and today but I was like what ever I'll just weigh any then that way I will know where I stand if I need to kick it up a knotch, and you know I was expecting to gain or be the same but the scale was 3lbs down and I actually got off the scale and got back on just to make sure it was right... LOL. But any way It just made my day..but I really do need to kick it up a bit and I might could have doubled that.

That brings my total to 9lbs since Sept. 1 and 15lbs from my highest weight....yaaaaaaay!!!!!

    Good job!! I did something similar today--went to Weight Watchers and was NOT going to weigh in (I had on jeans, etc.). But, I decided to go ahead since I had not done so in awhile (with WW). I was DOWN 4 pounds since last time I weighed in at a meeting!! What a nice surprise!!

    Keep on keeping on and remind yourself every day of something GOOD you have done!!
