Getting back to it.

I have realized that when I am more on track I post better and track better. I guess that it human nature. I am still working to get my life in order to make eating better. I am good at getting my walking in but not so good at getting all my food in order. I am trying to set it up so that I don't have to think about it. I will be working on laundry today and getting my kitchen set up for a month of healthy eating.

    I found we really have to plan before we eat. I don't plan way in advance, it's just me, but when taking out the foods for my meals, I think about all the calories, protein etc.

    If we don't know what we are eating, we'll never get a handle on it. Most people will say "I didn't eat that much" but ask they the calorie count for the day and they have no clue.
