I'm no doing well with this.

I am struggling to get all the time to get all the SP stuff done and I am struggling to get all my exercise done plus care for my family. I am trying to figure out time management right now. I will work it out. I still struggle with setting up my life so that this is not so hard. I have feeling overwhelmed. I am not sure why. I guess maybe recent changes are catching up with me.

I am going to look at all my goals tracked tomorrow and at the beginning spark information and see what I need to do to continue on with the right priorities.

I guess my biggest goal for the week is to make sure I get my walking in and get my food set up so that I eat on time and a predictable amount.

    Boy it is tough, then you add whatever your calling is, and visit teaching and....... yes it is overwhelming. Remember that you are making a lifestyle change to keep this weight off forever..if you are like me, you eat when you get a chance and really don't think about what you are putting into your mouth. Make the changes slowly. add to your spark pages as you can. I know you are going to transform into the most magnificent butterfly ever!!!! emoticon

    What you are doing is not working so try something different. A friend and I exchanged a list of our priorities and all of our commitments. It helped me to see what was important on the list and what could move down.

    You are your number 1 priority. Doing what you need for you and your family is the most important thing. Spend your Spark time where it is the most productive. I have 2 teams that help me the most and those are the 2 that I concentrate on. Like Kat said, pick those teams that are the best for you and drop the others. We are here for you and will do our best to support you.

    Re-assess your interaction here on Spark. Make certain what you do here is truly paying off for you. Make certain that you do Spark daily on all of your teams. If you can't/don't then drop that team.

    I know what you mean. It used to really bother me that I could not get everything done but now I just do what I can and try to do better the next day. Less stress that way. emoticon
