One Week Goal Done - New Goal One Day at a time. :)

Well... I have lost 2lbs. But I will say that I didn't really keep to my plan of doing everything right for one week. There was the cake and then Saturday was just way out of control cause I went to a festival with my family and then we went and ate out and I had a steak.... and bread.... and jalapeño bites... So.... All that to say though I did learn that even if you have a couple days that aren't so great you can still loose weight. Cause I did drop 2lbs. I also learned that it's hard to do anything else than day by day. Lets have a good today! I've already started out with a cup of hot green tea and oatmeal with skim milk and some brown sugar (Yep Brown Sugar). Yippie. :)
