...it is so hard.

I have a tough time right no with my job, my relations and my economy. And I know for sure that there is no situations so bad, it won´t get worse if I eat on it.

Wow, writing that down really helped! Of COURSE I feel like (profanity?) when everything´s a mess!
I lost my peace with food some day ago, the pressure got a bit heavy and I totally lost focus.

Fact is I have a really big pile of problems in front of me that are not solved in a moment. It will take a lot of patient work.

"How do you eat an elephant?"

"One mouthful at a time..."

Better start chewing those problem one mouthful at the time instead of stuffing in food...

I have dear friends who call me because they feel better when they hear my pile of problems. Puts their in perspective. Mine are involable by me. I had to turn to a higher power. And that is what I share with them.

You've got the right perspective on all this, as difficult as the mounting problems must seem right now. But once the economy starts to get better and you find work again, think how good you'll feel if you work on improving your health now... It will really be something to look forward to. Sounds good. Keep your chin up and don't forget to say compliment yourself with each healthy thing you do. Even if it's a sip of water. This is a psychological process.

    You got this!
