Week 4

Well, I started Podrunner Intervals - Week 4 now and it was actually pretty exciting. I found I could run 5 minutes in a row twice. And the hard thing was actually avoiding the loose dogs.

Please, my friends, do not allow your dogs to go loose. If you need to let them go bathroom, put on some slippers, stick a leash on your babies and let them out. You'll do your dogs and other people a favor. Especially since I am not hesitant to hurt any dog that decides to come after me. Seriously, I will break something and it will not be my fault.
