Had a good breakfast and ready to rock n roll! Seen a client, had fun in class and then got busy cleaning and doing busy work!
My hubby took me out to lunch today. He didn't have class until 4 today. That was cool hangin' out with him for a while.
Seen a few more clients and waited for Pat to come in to work his abs again. This is a really cool move...you see it magazines! You are laying on a bench on your back. You hold on to the bench by your head. You bring your feet to the ceiling, so that your shoulders and head are the only thing on the bench. Now the hard part! You start lower your body down, but in a plank position, so that your shoulders and head are still the only thing touching. I can get down to about 30 degrees off the bench. Pat was about 8" above the bench and can lower himeself with control. I end up falling into the bench, but dang that's hard!!! Hayley can do it also. We will probably feel that tomorrow!
After working out with Pat, we worked on posing. That was awesome. Hayley worked on his choreography. Pat's son, Kyle was there from Calif. Pat and I were on the floor by ourselves. I told him how proud I was of him. I told him that no matter what he does on Saturday, I was proud of him. We both kind of choked up and kind of played it off by laughing. Pat is like a big brother to me. We are both blonde hair, blue eyes, Sagittarians, use to have a wt problem, and trainers. I've known him since 2000. We both have been through a lot together. It is great that we both have been there for each other in our "1st" time doing certain things. 5k, his comp, my comp in June for arm wrestling, his 10k, our first group classes, etc...
Had fun in class tonight. Ate pretty good today.
