Trying To Work It All Out!!

Just got finished talking to the cable company since I just received a disconnection notice for October 21st and I don't get paid until October 23rd, but they said they are still going to cut it off, because they sent me a prior notice stating I was late. I didn't contact them, because I thought I was going to be able to pay it two weeks ago on my last pay, but of course I couldn't. The customer service person I talked to wasn't the nicest person in the world, which is frustrating and really pissed me off, but the HELL!! I am sooooooooooo upset right now I just want to ball my eyes out!! After doing that then what?

Oh yeah they told me to call back the day of disconnection and ask for an extension!! Since it is an automation system they can't change what is already scheduled to take place, which I think is a bunch of bs, but who am I.

After I pay my bill up, I might just cut cable off for good or go to another cable campany. I guess I will decide when the time comes. emoticon emoticon

    I can relate we had directv and they kept going up without a notice without telling us why. We warned they if we did not feel that we were treated right we would move our business. LOL well when they uped the price again. My hd ask why they went up they laughed and said cost living. Well that did not set too well with my hubbie and we moved our business to dish. Now directv keep writing and sending us letter trying to woo us back. That is one time they should not have laughed. Now we are working on AT&T.... these companines are going up and our pay is not. It is time to pro-test!! We cut off caller id and got rid of long distant calling. Lets see how they like them apples. LOL It used to be the custopmer first now it the customer can kiss ***, ooppss!
