I got new running shoes today and I got new insoles to go with them. I exchanged my old insoles in also. They were under warranty. I can offiially wear out insoles in about 3 months. I have several pair of running shoes, but I'm retiring an old pair.
I did a lot of balance moves in yoga today (the 1st class.) It was nice to see everyone focusing and doing the moves. The group has come along ways! Hi/lo aerobics....we did more building of intensity type moves. Then finished up with "yoga on steroid" moves. I added the stability ball to moves like crescent lunge with a foward fold and back up. That really makes you work your entire body! I had a one on one yoga session after that. It was much more low key at the dance studio. Then I danced! I'm feeling pretty good on the floor. I just need to keep that relaxed feeling when I get on dance floor at Denim and Diamonds! It's a fun bar to go to dance in North Kansas City.
Seen my friend and SPer tonight at the hospital. She had her upper right lobe of her lung removed on Thursday. She is doing very well. She is in good spirits also.
No one work tomorrow, but plan on running to the gym, upper body work out and running home. It's a nice run there, but the run back is tough. I won't wear my new shoes tomorrow. I don't need blisters!
